Prior To Enrollment:  Parents must contact the Director for a tour of the center.  At that time, parents will receive a Parent Provider Agreement Form along with additional information.

How To Enroll:  After visiting for a tour, and once a decision is made to enroll in our program, parents will need to contact the Director to ensure space is still available.  Upon confirming availability, the completed Parent Provider Agreement Form must be returned to the center along with the $50 Registration Fee and first week’s fees.  Enrollment is not guaranteed until these items are received and they must be received by 12 noon on Tuesday, in order to begin care the following week. Parents will then receive additional paperwork which needs to be completed before the first day of attendance.

Paperwork:  Paperwork needs to be 100% complete before your childs first day of care.  Every name, full and complete address with city and zip code, and phone numbers are required.  These are Wisconsin State requirements and incomplete forms will need to be completed at our facility.  Once your child is enrolled, paperwork cannot leave the premises.  Failure to complete paperwork as requested may result in termination of child care services.  You have 30 days from the enrollment date to provide us with a physical form filled out by your child’s physician and immunization information.

Weekly Payments:  Upon enrollment, all families are required to have a bank account on file.  Weekly payments will be auto drafted from the bank account on file on Monday.  If a parent prefers to use a different payment method, payment must be received by the Friday prior to the week of care in order to allow processing time and avoid the auto draft.  Payments can be made online by clicking here, or in the form of cash or check at the main center.  We also accept state assisted funds which must also be submitted to us by Friday to avoid being auto drafted.

Full day charges are for 5 – 10 hour days.   Half day charges are for 5 hours and less.  Over 10 hours in a day will carry an additional charge.

Holidays:  Payment for all major holidays is required.  Our day care is closed on all major holidays.  If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, our center is closed on the Friday or Monday respectively.  The list of holidays may be found on our website or in our policy book.

Sick / Vacation Days:  You must pay for days as per your contract and our policy book.  This includes days that your child will miss due to illness, and other reasons. This holds your child’s space in our program.  All families who meet eligibility requirements, will receive a vacation credit in January and/or July.  More information can be found in our parent policies.

Holding Fees:  Holding Fees are required if you would like to have a future spot held open for your child.  When Holding Fees are paid, we hold your spot open and guarantee this spot will be available to you at an agreed date.  When Holding Fees are not paid, no guarantees of availability will be made.

Early Arrivals We staff our teachers based on the contract you have signed.  Early arrivals need to be preapproved and will carry an additional charge.  Unscheduled early arrivals may result in your child being turned away until their scheduled time as we may not have enough staff on hand.  If we have enough staff and are able to take them, this will result in an additional charge.

Late Pick Up’s:  Late pick up’s require a staff member to stay beyond their scheduled shift and we must pay them extra, therefore you will be charged for late pick-up’s.   If you know in advance that on a particular day in the future you will need to pick up late beyond your contracted hours, you must get the late pick up preapproved by the Director.  We will then schedule enough staff for your late pick up; however, there is still an additional charge for this late pick up.
