In our Infant & Toddler Room, we care for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 2 years. We offer a very homelike and nurturing atmosphere for our little ones. Toys and activities to stimulate growth and learning are available to the children in both our indoor and outdoor play areas. Daily monitors are kept to inform parents of diapering, eating, activities and nap times throughout the day.

We take pride in offering an exceptionally clean and safe environment. Each individual child is taken care of according to his/her individual needs and is allowed to follow their own feeding and sleeping schedule.

  • Defining Safe Sleep—Room sharing: When a baby sleeps in the same room, next to where the parents sleep, but on a separate sleep surface, such as a crib, bassinet, or play yard.
  • Always place your baby on his or her back to sleep, for naps and at night.
  • Supervised tummy time can help prevent flat spots on your baby's head and helps build strong muscles.
  • Keep soft objects, toys, and loose bedding out of your baby's sleep area.
  • Don't let baby get too hot. Dress your baby in sleep clothing, such as a one-piece sleeper, and do not use a blanket.
  • Use firm sleep surface, free from soft objects, toys, blankets, and crib bumpers.
  • Avoid dressing your baby in too many layers, even when it's cold outside, and leave the blanket out of the crib.
  • Breastfeed your baby to reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).
